About this tool
Verify Email Address checks the pieces that make an address usable: valid syntax, a real domain with mail servers, and signals such as disposable providers and role accounts that predict bounces and low engagement. The tool is currently being migrated to a new verification engine; the page will become active again as soon as the migration is complete.

Frequently asked questions
What does verification check?
The syntax of the address, that the domain exists and has MX records, whether the mailbox provider is disposable or free, whether the local part is a role (info@, admin@) and, when the server allows it, whether the mailbox exists.
Why can a result be "unknown"?
Many servers accept every address (catch-all) or refuse verification probes, so mailbox existence cannot always be determined.
Is my address list stored?
No, addresses are checked on the fly and not written to any database.
