About this tool

Base64 Encode/Decode converts text to Base64 and back entirely in your browser. Encoding uses UTF-8, so accented characters and emoji round-trip correctly; decoding accepts standard and URL-safe input, with or without padding and line breaks, and detects whether the result is text or binary. For binary payloads a hex dump and a download button are offered.

Media-specific decoders: image, PDF, video, MP3.
