About this tool
HEIC photos look great on Apple devices and nowhere else. The HEIC to JPG converter decodes them in your browser, natively in Safari or with the heic2any decoder loaded on demand in other browsers, and writes standard JPEG files at the quality you set, with per-file downloads and a .zip for the batch. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use it — quick steps
- 01
Add the HEIC photos
Drop HEIC or HEIF files on the dashed area or choose them from your device, up to 25 photos per run.
- 02
Set the JPEG quality
Drag the slider: 85-92 keeps photos visually identical, lower values make smaller files.
- 03
Press "Convert to JPG"
Every row shows the old and new size; download the JPG files one by one or all together as a .zip.
Key features of this tool
Works everywhere
Safari decodes HEIC natively; other browsers load a small JavaScript decoder (heic2any) from the jsDelivr CDN on first use.
Files never leave your device
Reading, compressing and rewriting happen in your browser with the File API; nothing is uploaded to IPVoid.
Batch friendly
Up to 25 files at once, each row has its own download link and the whole batch can be saved as a .zip archive.
Frequently asked questions
What is HEIC?
The High Efficiency Image Container used by iPhones and iPads since iOS 11: smaller than JPEG at the same quality, but not readable by many Windows apps, websites and older devices.
Is the quality preserved?
HEIC is already lossy; re-encoding to JPEG at quality 90 adds no visible loss. Choose 100 for near-lossless output at the cost of size.
Are Live Photos or bursts supported?
The still image is converted; the motion part of a Live Photo is a separate video and is ignored.
Are my files or data uploaded?
No. The tool is plain JavaScript that runs in your browser; the files or data you provide here are never uploaded to our servers.
