About this tool
Sometimes you just need a place to write: a quick note, a list to clean up, a log to search through, a JSON blob to make readable. The Online Notepad is a complete text editor in a browser tab, with line numbers, counters, find & replace (regex too), case and line tools, emoji and timestamp insertion, JSON and encoding helpers, file open and download, printing and a full-screen mode. Everything is kept in your browser's local storage, so your text survives a reload and never touches our servers.
Related: Markdown Preview, CSV Preview and Text Diff.
